SFU Summer Publishing Workshops

The SFU Summer Publishing Workshops are underway at the moment. Next week I’ll be learning how to make some lovely manuscripts into publishable works (substantive editing). I guess it will take a LITTLE longer than the two days the course runs for — but it’s a start. There are at least a couple of Ronsdale authors involved: Keith Maillard (Dementia Americana) will be one of the panelists for the Symposium on the Book (From Memories to Memoir), and Brian Brett (contributor to Writing the West Coast) is a faculty member for the Book Publishing Immersion Workshop.
