Summer update from Jack Hodgins

Tuesday, August 24th, 2010

Jack Hodgins was recently at the Sunshine Coast Festival of the Written Arts, where he read from The Invention of the World and The Master of Happy Endings.

Here’s what he had to say in the latest reading in a very busy summer:

“Many years had gone by since I’d last read publicly from The Invention of the World, but last week I read from the wedding scene at the Sunshine Coast Festival of the Written Arts to much gratifying laughter and applause. There were nearly 500 generous people in that wonderful outdoor theatre in Sechelt. Talewind Books had plenty of my books in the book tent and kept me signing for most of an hour.”

Jack Hodgins will also be speaking in Calgary, Vancouver and Toronto in the next few months. Watch our events page for more details!
