September 29: Jean Rae Baxter hosts Culture Day Workshop, ON

On September 29, Jean Rae Baxter will be hosting a workshop entitled “Telling Your Story” as a part of the 2012 Culture Days.

Whether you are writing a family history or a personal memoir, this workshop by award-winning author Jean Rae Baxter will help you to create a narrative that people will want to read. You will learn how to organize your writing project and how to make your story come alive.

The “Telling You Story” workshop will be held at the Terryberry Branch of the Hamilton Public Library (100 Mohawk Street West, Hamilton, ON), on September 29, from 1-3 pm. It will be part of the official Grand Opening of the Terryberry Branch following its expansion and renovation.

And for a special treat, John Baxter with be singing with the a capella group “Vine Tuning” will perform, before Jean Rae Baxter begins her workshop, from 12:30-1 pm.
