Outdoor and travel writer, photographer, artist, musician, WWII veteran, and journeyman printer, Gordon Davies (1924–2009) was a friend to every river he ever met. With his wife, Pauline (1924–2007), and often with their youngest son, Rob, he explored and fished rivers from Yukon to Mexico.
